Hope Noble

Community Relations Director

Hope Noble comes to Quail Park with over 6 years’ experience in Senior Living in a variety of care settings and roles. After graduating with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, she stumbled into a career in Senior Living and found a passion.  She started in Resident Programs and grew from there to roles in Social Services and Sales/Marketing. She has worked in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings; but found a special connection in working with residents with Alzheimer’s & dementia. She finds a personal connection here as her great-grandfather passed away after complications related to dementia and she currently has family serving as primary caregivers for her great-uncle.

Because of this personal connection, she enjoys volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association Desert Southwest Chapter, and is the 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer’s Co-Chair in her second year on the Walk planning committee. Hope also serves on the Health & Wellness Marketing Group Board as Secretary.

In her personal life, she is a fur-mom to 2 dogs, Baxter and Eva, who is also a Certified Therapy dog and enjoys visiting with residents in her community. Hope is also a proud & supportive wife of a High School Head Football Coach and serves on the Booster Club for their team. She and her husband also enjoy going to Country concerts and going dancing whenever they can.

“After failing to thrive at another facility, we placed my mom at Quail Park. Now my mom, despite her memory loss, is happy and socializing with her new best friend. The staff at Quail Park is professional and does a great job interacting with the residents.”
