Agustin “Agie” Olmedo is a Certified Assisted Living Caregiver and Facility Manager with over 17 years of experience in the sales, marketing, and management fields. Agie spent 13 years in the banking and business coaching industries as a sales and management executive but found his calling in senior services in 2013 as he was searching for a community for his mother.
The search for his mother’s caregiving community opened his eyes to the passionate culture surrounding senior care. Under his leadership as a licensed facility manager, senior living centers have increased occupancy, improved financial operational budgets and cash flow, and implemented ways to improve the overall operation and care through systematic feedback analysis. Successes at these communities ultimately led him to become the Executive Director at Quail Park of Oro Valley.
Agie was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He is an active community member and serves on the boards of the Southern Arizona Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Health and Wellness Arizona. Agie also serves on the JTED Advisory Council and the Business and Marketing Industry Council. He recently served on the committee for the BBB Torch Awards and as the co-chair of the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Agie is continuing his community involvement as the current Chairman of the Pima Council on Aging Annual Gala. In his free time, he enjoys concerts, community fundraisers, traveling and spending time with family.
